My precious grandson is full of love, and joy and smiles. His heart is as big as the sky and he loves everyone. God has given us a most precious gift in Currin but we are now praying for just one more.
Currin was diagnosed with peanut allergies. Many people don’t understand just how serious this can be, but it is far more serious than too many people know. We have learned to read the labels of EVERYTHING because many products you would never imagine have peanuts in them or are manufactured in a factory that also processes peanuts. And in some cases, just one small bite can be fatal.
Currin has a follow-up appointment with his allergist tomorrow. They will test again to see if the allergy is still present or he has outgrown it. Please pray with us the allergy is gone. If it is still present, they will test to see how serious his allergy is thanks to new testing methods available. These can tell if he really has a peanut allergy and if so, how severe his reaction would be to peanuts or peanut products. I pray at the very least if the allergy is still present, it is a minor one that would simply cause a rash and never pose a real threat to his life or health.
So please join my family and me in prayer for Currin and know if our prayers are answered, this Nana is going to buy her baby the biggest bag of M & M’s available.
God bless everyone.
